This 35-hour, instructor-led PMI Authorized PMP® Exam Prep course is designed to help participants prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification examination.
Delivered live online from July 20 through August 6, 2026, the course provides structured instruction aligned with PMI-authorized content across the People, Process, and Business Environment domains.
Participants receive comprehensive instruction in essential project management concepts, including project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. The course also addresses team development, conflict resolution, leadership, organizational change, and value-focused project delivery.
